Oldham County Health Department

OCHD serves all residents by ensuring our community is healthy and safe across all environments. Our primary role is to address population health issues, enforce regulations to reduce hazards in the environment, prevent/control communicable disease, disaster planning, community assessment to mitigate future health concerns. OCHD provides preventative programming such as WIC, HANDS, Early Childhood Developmental Screening, Family Planning and Immunization administration which improves our communities social determinants of health.

Located on Commerce Parkway between Allen Lane and Eden Parkway.
