Event Description:
The Westport Row & Kayak Club is a new addition to the clubs offered by the Oldham County History Center. activities focus around the Ohio River. Several paddle activities are planned throughout the year around the river as well as special field trips to historic sites that have ties to the river. Recommended for 18 and over as some field trips may involve paddling on the Ohio River. Meeting locations determined by field trip. Special Splash Day event planned for 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 14 at Westport. Must become a member of the Oldham County Historical Society to participate.
