Event Description:
Be on the creative side of the tracks with the 15th annual Arts on the Green, a fine arts and crafts festival, on June 7th and 8th, 2014. The Oldham County Courthouse square, La Grange, Kentucky comes to life with original, handcrafted paintings/drawings, photography, ceramics, sculptures, glass, jewelry, mixed media, consumables, metal/wood, and fiber, juried in by artists, business associates and art enthusiasts. Best of Show winner is the Featured Artist at the 2015 Arts on the Green and the recipient of $500. Arts on the Green stands out with volunteers’ hospitality who offer assistance throughout the 2 day show and set-up/breakdown; appreciation of your artworks as a business, breakfast Saturday and Sunday to get the mornings started, security patrols Friday and Saturday nights. Join us for a “wine-down” Saturday evening featuring music and relaxation, on the picturesque grounds with an opportunity to meet to meet other artists and members of the Arts Association of Oldham County.
